Delivery

Within Australia

When ordering online, shipping is calculated based on order destination and weight of
products. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and will be shipped within four to seven
business days. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post by regular or express post at the
customers choosing and will be delivered during normal business hours. Should there be no one
available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect the package
from the local post office. If the parcel is not collected within the required time the parcel will
be returned to April Nites and the customer will be liable to pay for re-delivery costs.
Customers who place an order online will be able to track the status of their order at any time
by logging into the April Nites site. Customers whose products are out of stock shall be
contacted to be advised of a new delivery date. If this date is not suitable customers will have
the option of cancelling their order. April Nites takes no responsibility for lost orders that are a
result of incorrect address details.

International Shipping

When ordering online, international shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order
destination and weight of products. Allow at least twenty business days for international
delivery. Products are sent via airmail. April Nites will accept no liability for goods that incur
additional custom charges or taxes for importation. It is the customers responsibility to check
local customs and importation laws. Should there be nobody available to accept delivery of the
goods local postal arrangements will apply. Customers who place an order online will be able to
track the status of their order at any time by logging into the April Nites site. Customers whose
products are out of stock shall be contacted to be advised of a new delivery date. If this date
is not suitable customers will have the option of cancelling their order. April Nites takes no
responsibility for lost orders that are a result of incorrect address details.

Packaging

All orders are discreetly and attractively packaged at no additional cost.

Accepted Payment Methods

Online

Payment may be made online by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit.

We utilise industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the
encryption of sensitive information such as your name, address and other sensitive
information like your credit card details.

Alternatively payment may be made by bank transfer to the bank account details provided
(domestic orders within Australia only). Please be aware that bank transfers may take up to
three business days to process. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received
in full.

All prices, including shipping charge, are in Australian dollars. International customers will be
billed in Australian dollars.
