No refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind.

Should you require an item of lingerie in a different size, you agree to call April Nites within
seven days of receiving the goods. April Nites will exchange the item for an alternate size,
however all additional postage charges shall be at the customer's expense.

It is the customer's responsibility to check customs laws and the legality of products in their
own country. April Nites shall not be liable for any customs charges, taxes, duties or fines
incurred and will not offer a refund on items that are prohibited from importation. It is your
responsibility to comply with local laws regarding the importation of certain goods.

Should you need to amend an order you agree to contact April Nites by telephone as soon as
possible. April Nites aim to dispatch all goods within five to seven business days of receipt of
payment. Customers amending an order that has already been dispatched will be liable for any
additional postage charges incurred.
